All prices shown are inclusive of VAT 5. Full payment at the time of booking 6. No refund will be given if bookings or part bookings are cancelled 7. All payments are non-refundable & non-transferable 8. Should your numbers reduce, the monies lost cannot be used against wine, drinks or the final balance it would be at a loss of monies 9. All additional costs for drinks must be settled prior to leaving the venue on the day of the event 10. The menus & details advertised are a fair representation of what will be on offer, however certain details & dishes may be subject to change without warning 11. We can cater for most dietary requirements, given notice at the time of the booking 12. Vouchers can not be used on Bank Holidays & Special Event days such as Valentine's Day, Mothers Day etc. 13. The gift voucher must be presented upon arrival when redeeming the experience 14. No photocopies of the original voucher will be accepted 15. 15.
