All vouchers are subject to availability valid Sunday to Thursday only, not available on city event and high occupancy dates. Weekend & Bank Holiday reservations are subject to availability and supplement charges and are to be paid direct to the hotel on check in. 1. All prices shown are inclusive of VAT 2. All bookings are for strictly for over 18's only 3. Full payment at the time of booking 4. No refund will be given if bookings or part bookings are cancelled 5. All payments are non-refundable & non-transferable. 6. Any additional costs incurred must be settled prior to leaving the hotel 7. We can cater for most dietary requirements, given notice at the time of the booking 8. Accommodation is subject to availability at the time of the booking 9. The hotel reserves the right to refuse admission to any guests. 10. Dinner must be taken on the first night of the booking.
