All vouchers are subject to availability valid Sunday to Thursday only, not available on city event and high occupancy dates. Vouchers can only be booked via email. Weekend & Bank Holiday reservations are subject to availability and supplement charges and are to be paid direct to hotel on check in. 1. All prices shown are inclusive of VAT 2. All bookings are for strictly for over 18's only 3. Full payment at the time of booking valid for 12 months from date of purchase 4. No refund will be given if bookings or part bookings are cancelled 5. All payments are non-refundable & non-transferable. 6.
